One Path Outdoor Adventures is seeking active, outgoing, outdoors-oriented, bilingual individuals to lead our trips!

We do not expect you to meet all of the following qualifications, but the more the better. Get paid to use your language skills and indulge your passion for adventure!

• English & Japanese Fluency
• Outdoor leadership experience
• Wilderness First Aid and Adult CPR or Wilderness First Responder Certification
• Class B Driver’s license
• Any guide certifications (kayak guide, backcountry ski guide, climbing instructor, etc.)
• A special talent or area of expertise (geology, regional history, ecology, singer/songwriter, etc.)
• An independent spirit
